Shipping and Tracking

How long does an order made online take to reach me?

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours and usually take 2-4 working days to be delivered based on your location. Orders placed for NCR location are mostly delivered in 1 Business Day (subject to availability of products in
our warehouse). You will receive an
approximate timeline when you place your order via WhatsApp.

Can we update / cancel our order post confirmation?

It is not possible to cancel an order post dispatch.

How will I know that my orderis confirmed?

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an email & WhatsApp message from our team to confirm the order. Only once the order has been confirmed from the customer’s end, we dispatch the order.

Where can I see the status of my order?

This will be shared with you via a tracking link on your WhatsApp along with your order confirmation.

Returns, Exchanges And Cancellations

Can I return my products?

No, we do not offer any returns unless there is a manufacturing defect from our end. We only offer exchanges.

What all products are eligible for exchange?

ONLY T-shirts, Shirts, Raincoats, Tie Dye Hoodies are applicable for exchanges. We will NOT accept exchanges or returns (unless received spoiled or damaged) for accessories, toys and sweaters.

How do I raise an exchange request?

Can I cancel my online order?

Cancellations can be made before the product is dispatched. You can make a cancellation by emailing us on  care@petsetgo.co.in  or WhatsApp us on +91-8287413693

What if I have received a damaged product?

Upon receiving the product, if the item(s) is damaged, please share an image and send us an email on care@petsetgo.co.in or via
WhatsApp on +91-8527744270. We will need to be informed about damaged product(s) within 24 hours of the customer receiving the shipment for the product to be replaced by us. We will only replace the item(s) if they have reached the customer in a damaged condition.

What if a product is too big or too small for my pet?

We provide size comparisons and recommendations for all our products which can give you an intimation of which size is best suited for your pet. Incase there is still an issue with sizing, we have an exchange policy.
